3. User Responsibilities

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you retain ownership of the website code and content created specifically for your project. Web2AI retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, tools, and methodologies. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Standard terms require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We reserve the right to pause work if payment is not received according to agreed terms.

6. Confidentiality

Web2AI treats all client information with strict confidentiality. We do not share proprietary information, business strategies, or sensitive data with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Web2AI provides services with the understanding that we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or AI visibility outcomes. Performance metrics may vary based on industry factors, competition, and platform algorithm changes beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, and these terms at any time. Changes to terms will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed to the date of termination. We will provide all completed deliverables and transfer ownership as specified in Section 4.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction within the EU.
